Organizing is described as the process of bringing together physical, financial, and human resources. It makes a productive relationship when you have organize goals. Organizing deals with identifying activities, classifying group activities, assign duties, responsibility, and conducting responsible relationships. Directing is described as the function that makes your method work efficiently. It deals with supervision, motivation, leadership. and communication. Controlling is described as the measurement of accomplishment against the standards. Your business can be accomplished by doing a standard performance, measure actual performance, and compare those two, and have corrective action. I think the positive of participative planning is that you can have more ideas that will help make your business improve and also, you can assign more roles to people to finish your business. I think it can be a negative thing because if there is too many people, it can get crowded and your business might not run efficiently.
