1. There has been debate over if this movie is genuine or a "mockumentary". What do you think? If it was a mockumentary - why would Bansky do this?
I think that this movie is genuine and a mockumentary because a mockumentary is a uses fictional events in a documentary form and it is usually to comment or analyze and this movie shows fictional events. I also think this genuine because it is showing actual, true, and contemporary things. I think that Bansky wanted to do this to show what graffiti art means to graffiti artists.
2. What do you think the street artists are trying to get across to the public with their graffiti?
How can you tell they were effective?
I think that street artists are trying to send out their message and get people to see what their kind-of seeing. I think that the graffiti pictures were effective because people who were interested in it would stop and examine it. For example, when Bansky cut the telephone booth, tons of people took pictures of it and was amazed by it.
3. What do you think that Mr. Brain Wash was trying to get across to the public with his art? Was he effective?
I think that Mr. Brain Wash was trying to show that graffiti art is also like art in the galleries and that they are different and unique. I think that he was effective because when he opened his art gallery, there were tons of people that came to it. Plus, there were people that were even breaking in to see his gallery.
4. What do you see as the key differences between the street artists work and MBW's work?
I think the key differences between street artists and Mr. Brain Wash was that street artists has a meaning to make graffiti and that they were trying to send out a message to people while Mr. Brain Wash was just like for viewing and buying. Plus, he had people to make his art.
5. At the end of the show lots of people showed up to the art show. Why the long line? What brought so many people together?
There were long lines because when they were advertising for Mr. Brain Wash's gallery, it was promoted by the Obey guy(Shepard Fairey) and Bansky's, so I think that people thought that the gallery is going to have very good art.
6. Graffiti: Is it art or vandalism? How would you react to someone painting on your wall? What similarities do you see between graffiti and guerilla marketing? Where is the line for Shepard Fairey or Banksy, when they move from making art against the mainstream machines into making money off of their art from the mainstream machines? Did they sell out or did they achieve success?
I think that graffiti is art and vandalism because it is very unique and different and its vandalism because they are covering buildings and they are releasing gases. I would be upset if somebody painted on my wall unless they painted something that I liked. I think the similarities between graffiti and guerilla marketing is that they are both trying to send a message out to people. I think that Shepard Fairey achieved success because he made tons of money and he is even creating a clothing line. I also think that Bansky was successful because tons of people know his art and he makes tons of money as well.

If I was a manager of a store that had an employee that was always late and they always seemed unmotivated. I think that I would try to negotiate with him/her for ways to make him/her like work, like talk about the appropriate time that she/he wants to come to work, how many hours that they need, and how would they make up the time. I think that my leading style would be an autocratic leader because it says that autocratic leaders like to build trusting relationships and like making friends.

Why is customer service important?
I think that customer service is important because if you are kind and loving and you treat your customers with respect, then they would want to come back to your store due to the way you treated them. When your customer sees that your store is good then they might recommend their friends to come and shop there. Its also important because if your customer service was bad then they wouldn't want to come back to it and they might tell their friends about the way your store ran.

How does Stanley's video relate to the school store?
I think the video that Stanley show us somewhat relate to the store because they were saying that you should like make your self feel like a consumer buying from your store. If you can relate to your consumer than you can tell how they wanted to be treated/respected. Also, you have to be aware of the different cultures and you have to treat them with respect.

What I learned about Marketing in Physics?
What did you learn from this video?
He said that you can use physics in marketing. He said that Newtons Law is force=mass X acceleration is just like a large particle that has a large mass needs to have a large force to push it. This can relate to marketing by say that the larger the product/brand, the more baggage it has and more force is needed to change its positioning. He also said that its impossible to exactly measure particles but when he's relating it to marketing, he says that consumers always changes their behaviours. So you can measure consumers behaviours by using technology.
He also talked about "THE SCIENTIFIC METHOD" and that "You cannot prove a hypothesis through observation, you can only disprove it". You can have a lot of examples to back it up your hypothesis but you cannot prove your hypothesis.
He also said 'LOOK OUT FOR SCREW UPS SO THAT IT DOESN'T MESS UP YOUR WHOLE WORK"
He also said entropy is a measure of disorder of a product that keeps increasing. So all you have to do is accept and embrace your product as it increases.

The four P's are Product, Price, Promotion, Place. Price is the amount your selling the product for, Promotion is when your advertising your product/service, Place is the area where you are selling the product/services, Product is the thing that you are trying to get people to buy. AIDA is used in marketing that describes a common list of events that may be undergone when a person is selling a product or service. AIDA stands for ATTENTION(To attract the attention of the customer), INTEREST(Raise customer interest by using demonstrating), DESIRE(Convince your customers that they want the product/service), AND ACTION(Lead customers towards purchasing your product).

Which category do you predict will generate the most profit for the store?
I think that the category that will make the most profit for the store would be the food. I think that the food category would sell a lot because Forest Lawn has tons of teenagers so many of them would be hungry and many teenagers like eating snacks like chocolate cookies or fruit gummies, lollipops, etc. Also, many teenagers like chewing gum especially five gum or like juicy fruit. Plus, the prices that the school sells these stuff for are way cheaper then the prices in the stores.

If I was given a ugly christmas sweater, I would try and target people that need sweaters for christmas at a cheaper price. Or, I would give some free gifts along with the sweater. I may even try to convince them that the sweater isn't only for keeping warm but it could be a use for something else. Or I would try to build a relationship between the customer so that if he/she know me then he/she might buy it. Though, I can try to like make the customer feel sympathetic so that they might buy it.

- "If goods were sold only for cash, prices would be lower and everyone would be better off."
- "If I can't pay for something, it means I can't afford it, so I won't buy it."
- "I buy on credit whenever I can because credit increases sales and is good for businesses."
- "You should use credit sometimes: it helps you establish a credit rating, which may be useful in case of an emergency."
I agree sort of agree with the following statements because on the second sentence, its true that some people won't pay for stuff if they can't afford it. I also believe in the first sentence because everyone would be happy if the goods that they need were lower prices. I don't really agree on the third sentence because if you buy your stuff on the credit card, then you would have to pay your interest and such so it wouldn't be as good for you, but it would be good for those businesses because it would make them more money. I agree on the last sentence because sometimes you should use your credit card and it may be useful in a situation where you don't have money to pay your things.

Planning is described as the basic function of management, it deals with future actions, it decides what is appropriate for future goals, and it is an exercise that has problem solving and decision making. Organizing is described as the process of bringing together physical, financial, and human resources. It makes a productive relationship when you have organize goals. Organizing deals with identifying activities, classifying group activities, assign duties, responsibility, and conducting responsible relationships. Directing is described as the function that makes your method work efficiently. It deals with supervision, motivation, leadership. and communication. Controlling is described as the measurement of accomplishment against the standards. Your business can be accomplished by doing a standard performance, measure actual performance, and compare those two, and have corrective action. I think the positive of participative planning is that you can have more ideas that will help make your business improve and also, you can assign more roles to people to finish your business. I think it can be a negative thing because if there is too many people, it can get crowded and your business might not run efficiently.

The people that help motivate me would be my family, friends, and teachers. My family helps motivate me by telling me that I make them proud and that I should do good in school to get a good job and graduate. They also help motivate me by always staying by my side, they are always there, supporting me, giving me positive influence, and always being there to help me. My friends help motivate me by always giving cheerful comments. My teachers also motivate me by being there. explaining things carefully if I don't understand, and they are quite nice and they also give me positive influences. This would be good for our work because if we give positive motivation then we could finish our work and tay on task.

Yes I did work on the yearbook pages, what I like about this product is that you can personalize the pages and you can choose what types of pictures and the designs that it allows you to do. I also like that it is easy to use. What I would like to be different would be the frame sizes, sometimes the picture that you choose would not fit nicely in the frame. I think this product would appeal to the people that are interested in buying our products. We could market our yearbook pages on the T.V in the rotunda or have it announced it in the morning when people are going to class.

Ads: Lucky Charms, Crispy Crunch, Coka-Cola, Rice Krispies, Resse puffs, Oreo, Dairy Queen, Doodle Jump, Jaws, Superman, Heros, Twilight, Apple,
My least favourite ad would be the MacDonald's ads because when they demonstrate the food, it doesn't look like the real thing when you buy it. Plus, they say that the meat and vegetables are all fresh and delicious but you don't actually know what type of meat they use. My favourite ad would be the waffles commercial because I like how it entertains you with the walking and talking waffles and how the little kids chase it around with a fork or something like that.
A good advertisement:
This is a good advertisement because Mr. Clean is a cleaning product so it shows that the section with Mr. Clean on it is cleaner than the rest of the cross-walk.
A bad advertisement:
This is a bad advertisement because this shows that McDonald's has fatty foods and that it increases your weight, so it would make people not want to come to McDonald's.

I think that this video is sort f right because they say that generation Y is all about media, though they reject and ignore commercials. Also, the information that they get will be spread by text messaging and so on. Plus, they say that the kids in families can change the way that their parents think like they can tell their parents what type of technology to buy. Though, I also think that its false because some kids aren't born into a world with technology so they aren't familiar with it. Plus, some families might not have enough money to buy things and some parents might be strict. After looking at this video, I think that we should do most of our company online.

What does this story teach you about customer service, customer loyalty, customer relations and the customer experience?
I think that this story is trying to tell you that if you have good customer service, then it will surely make you happy and like the next time you think about going in a cab or store, you will remember the experience that they gave you. Also, if the cashier or bus driver or so on has good customer loyalty, customer relations, and customer experience then you will keep that in mind and you would like to come back to that store or cab.

I think that a business can be solvent and not be profitable because a business can like be for charity work. Solvent means that a business needs to meet financial obligations. Profitable means a business that doesn't need to make a profit. If a business does it for charity then it can still meet a business standards and it doesn't have to make money from it.

I think that that we need to work on our organization because we sometimes forget or don't know what were doing. I think that businesses can have a bad reputation by not doing what they say or they promote false advertisements. Though, sometimes bad reputations are not the businesses faults, sometimes they are created by the workers in them, or just other companies. The workers inside the company may not like how they run their system or they don't like the amount of money they get so they might start some sort of rumour that leaks outside. While other companies that are competing with them, may decide to create rumours to make people dislike their products. A company can try advertising their positive side and make their products have a positive view to get rid of their negative image.

For example, taking carbon dioxide and turning it into a thin, plastic sheet that will help keep in the energy and keeping out the energy you don't want. Also, the invention of the the nano chip thing is a good invention because then you wouldn't have to use so much electricity every single day. I think that if these inventions were to be successful and they were on the market, then him and his scientist would make a profit.

Though, the difference between America and Canada would be the money percents of the wealthy people.
